Birthday Parties
National Gymnastics offers Birthday Parties for your child. Parties are available either on Weekdays or Weekends, though they differ in admitted age and the time allowed. Read more to learn about our different Birthday Party structures:
*Multiple Birthday Parties in one day will have their schedule staggered to prevent overlap. Please contact our office if you have any further questions.
Weekend Parties
For ages 3 1/2 years and older, our Weekend parties are two hours long. For the entire duration of the party, you will be allowed a space in our lobby that is restructured as your 'party room' area, where we will organize a dining area for your guests. The first hour of the event is for time in the gym, where they will be guided by our Coaches through activities including an obstacle course, trampoline, soft foam pit, and gymnastics*. The second hour of the event is held within the 'party room' where you may supply any food, entertainment, and other activities within the room as you please. Upon request Weekend Parties can have their schedule customized, such as adding additional time with Coaches in the gym, at an additional cost.
The Giant slide is available upon request, at no extra charge.

Weekday Parties
For ages 1 year and older, our Weekday parties are similar in structure but shorter in duration compared to our Weekend parties. Weekday parties offer 60 minutes of time spent in our gym, either as instructional or open gym-style structure. Afterwards, the party will have 30 minutes allowed in our party room area. Unlike the Weekend Party, the schedule of a Weekday party cannot be adjusted or have time increased.
