National Gymnastics Training Center is celebrating their 25th year of providing top quality gymnastics instruction for children of all abilities and is expanding their Trampoline and Tumbling (TnT) program with the help of Two-time Olympic Trampolinist Jennifer Parilla. Parilla was the first and only Olympian to represent the U.S. when Trampoline made its debut in the 2000 Sydney, Australia Games and also competed in the 2004 Athens, Greece Games.

“Trampolining is such a fun activity you don’t even realize the full body workout that you’re getting! It’s the reason I fell in love with this sport when I was just five years old,” said Parilla, Director of the TnT Program. “Kids build spatial awareness, strength, flexibility and burn calories in a safe environment on Olympic size trampolines. Unlike any other sport, due to the gravity at the bottom of each bounce, you get a workout at a cellular level which helps rid the body of toxins.”

Recreational and competitive trampoline & tumbling classes are offered Monday-Saturday for both boys and girls ages five and up. Parents can sign up for classes at through the parent portal or call 949-831-7300.

Our Program is based on USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic levels. Trampolines are in ground for added safety.
